MCC & A320 TYPE RATING INTEGRATED COURSE

STANDALONE A320 TYPE RATING


Both MCC+A320 or Standalone Courses include 36 hours of training in our A320 FBT to get you familiarized with the cockpit, procedures, flows and FMA before the FFS sessions.

Each of our A320 TRI/SFI  have more than 15.000 flight hours and a high reputation in their jobs as instructors in this type of aircraft. They are passionate about teaching and doing personalized training.

You may choose from 8 different locations in Europe and Tunisia, where we have available – A320 FFS (all of them UPRT Approved) . The Ground School will be done in our partner facilities in Alicante.

You will have maximum 3 instructors in your A320 TR course to ensure a proper evolution of your skills. Our partners are approved for Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) included in our A320 Type Rating Course.

Below details of both courses:

The course is intended for pilots with ATPL to become proficient in MCC (multi-crew coordination) and to get the MCC Rating with the A320 Type Rating, all according to European regulations JAR-FCL.

DURATION OF THE COURSE

  • Ground School – 129 hours
  • A320 FBTD Simulator (APT sessions) – 36 hours
  • A320 FFS sessions – 42 hours
  • A320 FFS Skill Test – 4 hours

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • 70 hours as a Pilot in Command
  • Valid IR and ME licenses (Instrument Rating, Multi Engine)
  • CPL license with ATPL theory or ATPL
  • Class I Medical Certificate
  • English level 4 OACI certificate (minimum)

GROUND SCHOOL CONTENT

Performances, Weight and Balance, Systems, Airbus Philosophy and emergency among other subjects will be studied in the Ground School sessions. Each cadet will receive an A320 CBT (Computer Based Training) and manuals of the A320 Type Rating Course.

Language of the course
There is a choice between English or Spanish.

Base Training
4 or 6 Takeoffs and Landings & 1 Go Around in the A320 airplane.


STANDALONE A320 TYPE RATING INTEGRATED COURSE

If you already have the MCC Rating, we would like to offer you a complete A320 Type Rating.

GROUND SCHOOL CONTENT

Performances, Weight and Balance, Systems, Airbus Philosophy and emergency among other subjects will be studied in the Ground School sessions. Each cadet will receive an A320 CBT (Computer Based Training) and manuals of the A320 Type Rating Course.

  • Ground School – 104 hours
  • A320 FBS (APT sessions) – 36 hours
  • A320 FFS sessions – 32 hours
  • A320 FFS Skill Test – 4 hours

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • 70 hours as a Pilot in Command
  • Valid IR/PBN license (Instrument Rating / PBN)
  • Valid ME license (Multi Engine)
  • CPL license with ATPL theory or ATPL
  • Class I Medical Certificate
  • MCC Course Certificate
  • English level 4 OACI certificate (minimum)

Base Training
