The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has published Revision 23 from December 2025 of the Easy Access Rules for Air Operations (EAR for Air OPS), incorporating the following regulatory material:
EASA has published the 15th edition of the European Plan for Aviation Safety (EPAS) that outlines the strategic priorities shared by EASA and Member States, the primary safety risks affecting the European aviation safety system and the necessary actions to mitigate them.
Ana Vieira da Mata has been elected as the new Chair of EASA’s Management Board (MB). The MB brings together representatives of the Member States and the European Commission and is responsible for the definition of the Agency’s priorities, the establishment of the budget and for monitoring the Agency’s operations. The Chair of the body is elected by its members from within the membership. The election took place during a regular MB meeting on December 9-10, 2025.
